1 1/4 cup +3 tbsp heavy cream, divided use
8 oz soft caramels
1/3 cup roasted salted peanuts
8 oz finely chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
