This one, for grain-free biscuits, is a fantastic addition to a meal now and then. It’s versatile too. Use it to make an egg sandwich, cover with almond butter, or drizzle a little maple syrup over it for a sweet treat. Enjoy!
Paleo Biscuits
- 1/3 coconut flour
- 5 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix coconut flour, coconut oil, eggs, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add baking soda, then apple cider vinegar and mix again.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Spread the batter into a round disc shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, until cooked through. Cool a bit before serving.
