A potato croquette is fried balls or cylinders cooked of potatoes and known for its satiety and also it is easily to cook. You can serve it as appetizer or entree.
Ingredients:
• Potato –700 g
• Coriander – 10 g
• Cream 35-40% – 40 ml
• Semolina – 35 g
• Breadcrumbs – 4 tsp.
• Dill – 15 g
• Parsley – 15 g
• Eggs – 2 pcs.
• Flour – 60 g
• Vegetable oil – 700 ml
Directions:
- Crush cooked potatoes. Pour in the cream, egg, add greens.
- Mix it well, add semolina and mix once again.
- Roll the cylinders. Roll it in the flour and then in the lightly beaten egg. Finally, roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Lay out cooked potato croquettes on a napkin, which would remove the excess oil.
