Traditional Italian pizza “Primavera”, which means “spring”, does not contain any meat products, and it can be easily cooked at home. Usually filling for “Primavera” contains broccoli, mushrooms, red pepper, cheese and other ingredients to your taste.
Ingredients:
• Broccoli – 100 g
• Mushrooms –200 g
• Pepper –150 g
• Dough – 200 g
• Cheese – 100 g
• Onions (100 g) – 1 pc.
• Tomatoes – 1 pc.
• Olive oil – 20 g
• Ground black pepper – 5 g
• Salt – 1/2 tsp.
• Greens – 10 g
Directions:
- Chop onions, tomato, greens. Fry on the medium heat broccoli, mushrooms and pepper about 5 minutes. Then add onions, tomato, salt and pepper. Fry about 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough, brush with olive oil and put vegetables on it evenly. Decorate with greens and put into preheated 180C oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut into 6-8 pieces. Serve pizza hot, with wine or juice.
