Semolina Cheesecakes recipe


Everyone can cook cheesecakes but doing it in different ways. You’d like this recipe at the first time. The main advantages of these cheesecakes are – its flavor, tenderness and simplicity of cooking. You can serve it with sour cream, honey, jam, condensed milk and with any of syrups.

Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese – 600 g
• Sugar – 60 g
• Semolina – 180 g
• Vegetable oil – 100 ml
• Eggs – 3 pcs.
• Salt – 1/4 tsp.
• Raisins – 50 g

Directions:

  • Mash the cheese, add eggs and mix it well.
  • Add sugar, salt and semolina (4-5 tablespoons). Stir and leave for about twenty minutes. Semolina swells during this time and cheesecakes will be better to keep the shape.
  • Wash and dry raisins, add it to the cheese and mix.
  • Then you should crumble the tablespoon of dough into semolina and create the shape to cheesecakes.
  • Fry the cheesecakes over medium heat until golden brown. Serve warm.
